  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak times (holidays or sales), processing may take slightly longer.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Times (U.S. Orders)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.

🌎 International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees.

🏡 Local Pickup (Seguin, TX Area)

  • Local pickup is available for select items at no charge.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with location details and pickup hours.

  • Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your item(s).

⏳ Preorders & Backorders

  • Items marked as preorder or backorder will ship once they become available.

  • Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the full order will ship together unless otherwise noted.

📬 Lost or Incorrect Shipments

  • Please verify your shipping address before checkout.

  • WildCard Tees is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your package shows as “delivered” but cannot be found, please contact your local postal service for assistance.
